Happy New Year

Thank you for all your support, assistance, and friendship in 2010! We all were fighting the good fight this year. I am happy that some of that gloom is definitely fading and more hope is ascending. 2011 will present great opportunities, challenges, and unseen developments that will test our creativity, resolve, and tenacity to achieve. Progress is the only destination I am heading toward in 2011. Please join me on this adventure.

We have so much to be thankful and grateful for!

If you woke up this morning in good health, you were luckier than 1,000,000 people who won’t live through the week.

If you have never experienced the horror of war, the solitude of prison, the pain of torture, were not close to starvation, then you were better off than 500 million people.

If you can go to your place of worship without fear of assault or death, then you are luckier than 3 billion people.

If your refrigerator is full, clothes on you back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep, you are wealthier than 75% of the World’s population.

If you’ve been able to read this letter, then you are not one of the 2 billion people who can’t read.

My daughter, Lisa Decker, shared a great quote from an associate who visited his father in a hospice. The man was not one to waste words but got to the real bone of the issue;

….Blame no one.

….Expect nothing.

….Do something.

Please join me and the complete Wesco Fabrics team as “we do something” in the New Year. I wish you good health, happiness, peace and prosperity in 2011.

Thanks again.

Dick
